Notice of cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance (Monday through Friday- NOTE Because the building closes early on Saturday, any cancellation on Saturday will be subject to a penalty.)

Penalty for late cancellation or No-Show is 1/2 of the normal fee for the service booked. 

 

Please understand that a therapeutic relationship requires trust in both directions.  Therapists work hard to continue learning and to provide the best therapies they can provide.  Massage is their livelihood; when someone cancels on short notice, the income that was anticipated is reduced but overhead costs are not.

Short notice does not allow time for others to book that time slot.

The booking system allows you to make changes yourself up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

 

We have compassion for emergencies, but repeated cancellation is simply not nice.  Mutual respect is a requirement in a therapeutic relationship.

Cancellations must be made not less than 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty.  Prepayment maybe required for services after the first short notice cancellation.

​

Such policy is respectful of me, my time, and other clients who may be desirous of the time that you have booked.
